The company's purpose is: the industrial development of technologies, owned by Holding EFG SA, designed to create devices and/or systems for the generation and/or conversion and/or saving of energy in such a way as to be usable for human life and activities without causing harm to the environment and other living beings of any kind. The company may carry out scientific research activities aimed at identifying technological solutions that enable the design of the aforementioned industrializable systems or devices for energy generation and/or conversion. The company will provide for the design and manufacture of machinery to produce the aforementioned systems or devices, as well as their commercialization, installation, commissioning, assistance, and training of operational personnel of all levels. The company may engage in all commercial activities, construction of buildings in general, general contracting, financial and other activities related to the company's purpose, acquire interests and participations in other companies or commercial, financial and service enterprises in the sectors related to the company's purpose. The company may assume representations of any kind; purchase and sell instrumental goods in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also develop, register and exploit patents and deposit trademarks.
