The acquisition of shares in all Swiss and foreign companies, including the direct or indirect acquisition of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any activity falling within the scope of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), namely with the exception of any real estate transaction in Switzerland not having an exclusively commercial purpose. It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations having an exclusively commercial purpose in direct or indirect relation to its purpose. It may acquire companies pursuing similar or related objectives, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its main purpose. The company may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
