The company's purpose is to provide, in Switzerland and abroad, all administrative, fiduciary, and management services, including accounting, payroll management, tax return preparation, administrative and organizational consulting, as well as all related or complementary activities. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, and immovable operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee, or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
