The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, management, promotion and development of real estate, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as the trade of all supplies and materials that can be used in the construction industry. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if it serves its interests.
