The foundation aims to promote and support individuals, projects, and non-profit institutions at national and international levels in the following areas:
Research and Science: Promotion of research projects at ETH Zurich and other universities and institutions worldwide, particularly in innovative and forward-looking scientific fields.
Education and Training: Promotion of global education, training, and development of children and young adults to provide them with access to knowledge and skills they need to develop their full potential.
Support for people in wheelchairs and other physical disabilities: Promotion of initiatives and projects to support people in wheelchairs, particularly through the support of the Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil and other institutions dedicated to the rehabilitation, integration, and improvement of the quality of life for people with physical disabilities.
Support for people in financial need who have physical impairments.
The foundation pursues exclusively charitable purposes and is neither profit-oriented nor bound by party politics or denominational affiliations. It aims to use the resources of its activities sustainably and efficiently to achieve the stated goals.
