The purpose of the foundation is to cover the costs of education and training (professional, post-professional, cultural, musical, physical), equipment and support, as well as old-age care for family members. Family members (and thus beneficiaries) are: a) Mr. Alphonse C.M. Ehinger-Clauss, 1923, merchant, from Basel, in 4132 Muttenz, Wiesengrundstrasse 6; b) Mr. Robert Ehinger Krehl-Vischer, 1940, banker, from Basel, in 4144 Arlesheim, Domstrasse 2; c) Their spouses, as well as the common descendants from these marriages; d) The married-in, widowed and not remarried spouses of these descendants; e) However, in no case married-in spouses who live in a separated or divorced marriage with the aforementioned family members.
