The cooperative aims to support its members in the maintenance and preservation of their homes, thereby maintaining and preserving the overall appearance of the settlement and, if possible, protecting it from misappropriation. This is achieved through intensive promotion of neighborly relations; through mutual assistance and collective representation of interests as a corporation; through joint commissions to entrepreneurs for larger works that affect the interests of the entire settlement; and through joint purchases, provided that the members themselves are interested.
