The cooperative aims to offer its current and future members home ownership at favorable conditions. It strives to achieve optimal planning and purchasing prices through a joint market presence. The members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land, apartments or commercial spaces at the optimized production prices, taking into account all costs and expenses, and to pass them on to the cooperative members. To this end, the cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent single-family homes, multi-family homes and commercial buildings. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
