The cooperative aims to provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and co-responsibility, meeting their housing needs, and permanently removing it from speculation. It strives to offer housing, in particular, to employees of SBB, Post, Swisscom, and the general federal administration. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity.
