The company's purpose is the operation of a construction, renovation, civil engineering, and earthmoving business; transportation related to the aforementioned activities on behalf of the company or for others; the purchase, sale, rental, import, and export of all types of material goods related to the aforementioned activities; the purchase, renovation, leasing, management, and sale of all types of real estate. The company may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably through the acquisition of participations.
