The purpose of the association is to set an example for the preservation of human rights in peace and freedom. The association El Achai - Peace & Freedom is therefore a union of natural and legal persons who are committed to promoting human rights and science for the creation and preservation of peace for all peoples. These are the foundations on which the path to a peaceful society for all people should be taken. A world at peace with people whose divine-spiritual life path is promoted and supported by the preservation of human rights in freedom, health, and prosperity. For a sustainably peaceful world, all people who wish to be involved can be included, as they are open to this development, regardless of gender, origin, age, status, or other distinguishing features. The association promotes, researches, and participates in projects of future-oriented sciences, as long as they do not contradict the promotion and protection of human rights. Protection of the homeland, nature, and animals should be respected in the activities of the association. The association acknowledges the appreciation of the individuality of each person as a component of the social community. This appreciation is a fundamental value of El Achai - Peace & Freedom in the implementation of the objectives and the development of concepts and projects. The association pursues its objectives also in projects, project accompaniments, or cooperations, if they exclusively correspond to the objective of these statutes. For this purpose, it can cooperate with organizations and associations that have the same or similar objectives, or whose activities can be supplemented and brought into harmony with the objectives of El Achai - Peace & Freedom. El Achai - Peace & Freedom can, for this purpose, research, inform, support, accompany, promote, or mediate promotions, establish or create sponsorships or partnerships, and bundle interests. To achieve the purpose, the association can also conclude employment contracts and the like, as well as conduct legal transactions regarding objects, including premises and real estate. Within the framework of the means available to it, the association can use public relations work through or with suitable media or media carriers for its objectives. It pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes and is not aimed at generating profit and surpluses. Existing surpluses are used to promote the association's purposes, unless short-term reserves are formed. Surpluses are not paid out.
