To achieve the social objectives, the company may carry out any other activity connected to and related to those listed above, as well as carry out all acts and conclude all operations of a movable, immovable, commercial, industrial and financial nature, necessary or useful for the realization of the social objectives and in any case directly or indirectly related to them, as well as open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad. The company may assume, in a subordinate and accessory manner, co-interests, quotas, participations, also shareholdings, in companies and companies having purposes similar, analogous or complementary to its own, as well as different, in order to diversify the business risk and acquire new and wider market spaces. It may also grant or acquire companies or business branches for rent; provide real guarantees, sureties and endorsements in favor of third parties, whether private, company partners or other companies, and may bind itself with sureties, endorsements and registrations of mortgage or privilege on its own assets to guarantee mortgages for ordinary credits, special credits, assignments and banking operations of any kind, none excluded; all this provided that it is connected to the activities listed above and aimed at achieving the social objectives.
