The company's purpose is to operate an electricity business, research in the field of renewable energies, particularly wind, solar and hydroelectric power, all electrical and engineering studies, installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and revision of all electrical and household appliances, all computer and telecommunications cabling, solar installations and earthing installations, and all related services, any control, consulting and expertise activities in the field of electrical installations in compliance with the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Installations (OIBT) and in the field of energy efficiency improvement, vocational training and professional reintegration. It may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable assets related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties if it promotes its purpose.
