The company may also: carry out all real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies; and grant loans to associates or third parties.
