The Company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in any companies or businesses, in Switzerland or abroad, with the specification that the Company may only hold participations in commercial real estate companies in Switzerland. The Company may also provide services or consulting. Furthermore, the Company may, in Switzerland and abroad, create subsidiaries or branches, and more generally, participate in any companies or businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose or likely to promote it; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it. The Company may not, if applicable, directly or indirectly hold real estate in Switzerland unless they have an exclusively commercial use; and grant loans, guarantees or other securities to shareholders or affiliated companies (direct or indirect) or third parties, or benefit from such loans, guarantees or securities, with the specification that loans, guarantees or other securities granted to shareholders or affiliated companies (direct or indirect) may also be granted when they are granted free of charge and are in the exclusive interest of these shareholders or affiliated companies (direct or indirect).
