The company's purpose is to carry out all activities related to the realization of studies and works in connection with the use of energy and in the field of telecommunications; it is particularly active in the realization, maintenance and operation of technical installations, as well as in contracting. The company may also: a) carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
