The company is authorized to outsource its business operations in whole or in part to participating companies of any legal form. The company may acquire or sell companies, combine them under unified management and conclude company agreements with them. The company is also authorized to acquire tangible assets such as real estate and properties, to plan and implement tangible asset projects of all kinds, to operate project development, to take over strategic and operational tangible asset management (investment, portfolio, asset, property and facility management), to sell them and to conduct all operational business related thereto (such as consulting, valuation and financing activities), including related services and business, in all phases of the value chain, over the entire tangible asset life cycle, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. In addition, the company is authorized to develop and evaluate financing models and corporate concepts, as well as to conduct technical and economic due diligence of tangible asset projects and transactions, to the extent that these activities are not reserved for other professions. The company is authorized to carry out all legal transactions and actions that appear to promote the company's purpose and general business strategy directly or indirectly. The company may perform the actions required or expedient to achieve its purpose and business strategy itself or have them performed by third parties. The performance of the activities is at the discretion of the company and its representative bodies, and there are no content-related restrictions of any kind. Deviations from the general business strategy are permissible to the extent that they serve to promote it. Activities requiring a permit are not exercised.
