The Company's purpose is to acquire, manage and sell participations, and to make all investments, in companies active in all fields in Switzerland and/or abroad, including companies active in the real estate sector in Switzerland within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); (ii) to grant loans and/or any other form of financing to one or more Partners, companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company; (iii) to provide guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Partners, companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or one or more third parties to secure commitments and/or obligations of one or more Partners, companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or one or more third parties, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
