With regard to real estate transactions and participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The Company may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in the activities of other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
