The company's purpose is to provide consulting and advisory services in operational management of companies and enterprises, assistance in management and execution of management tasks within companies and enterprises; conducting all studies and research, market research, promotion, consulting, prospecting, marketing, assistance in the fields of management, engineering and consulting, commercial, technical, administrative, financial, tax and legal management and consulting; buying and selling, importing and exporting, commission trading and representation of all goods, in short, intermediation in the trade of movable goods and commodities; studying various problems related to the implementation and outsourcing of projects of all kinds, whether administrative, organizational, financial, legal or technical, and all related matters, the possible implementation of these projects in own management or co-management, for its own account or for the account of third parties, making available and/or renting out goods for a fee, local equipment, rolling stock, furniture, products and means of communication within the framework of the activities specified in its purpose; real estate consulting, buying, selling, renting, brokering real estate and all related operations, except for any operations prohibited under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); limitation of any acquisition of real estate within the meaning of Art. 4 LFAIE to purely commercial properties); research, development, manufacture or marketing of new products, new technologies and their applications. It may also acquire and manage participations, for its own account or for the account of third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises, based in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, parts, holding claims or any other suitable form, taking out patents and trademarks. It may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may grant loans to its associates or third parties, act as guarantor for loans taken out by its associates or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure any claim.
