The company's purpose is to operate a football school for children, young people and adults, as well as to provide comprehensive advice and support to football players and coaches in amateur and professional football. Furthermore, the company aims to provide related services such as conducting personal and group training, football camps, football days and football tournaments, training seminars, as well as organizing and marketing events in the fields of sports, entertainment, culture and similar events, and operating an online shop for sports articles of all kinds. The company also aims to provide services in the field of consulting and supporting athletes, as well as scouting, game and player analysis, and acquiring and advising companies and institutions in the field of sponsoring, as well as consulting, marketing and representing players, sports associations and sports organizations. The company also aims to mediate football players and other athletes, artists, coaches, sports clubs and sports companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as sponsoring and marketing services, and cross-border trade of all kinds, in particular with advertising and media rights related to sports events and transfer rights. With regard to the mediation of professional football players, the company also aims, in accordance with Art. 19 para. 2 lit. a) and Art. 1 para. 2 of the CONI regulations on sports agents and Art. 19 para. 2 lit. a) and Art. 1 para. 2 of the FIGC regulations on sports agents, i) to conclude, extend or terminate a professional sports employment contract for players registered with the FIGC; ii) to transfer the sports rights of professional football players to sports clubs affiliated with the FIGC; iii) to register professional football players with sports clubs affiliated with the FIGC. The company may also enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct any business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
