The company's purpose is to acquire, directly or indirectly, interests in any companies or enterprises, to manage, administer and develop these interests, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to direct, coordinate, control and animate the companies in which it holds interests. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these objectives; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with identical or analogous objectives, or merge with such enterprises, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
