The company may carry out commercial transactions and provide services of any kind. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches; - in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage certificates or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
