The company's purpose is the acquisition, development, construction, operation, sale, brokerage, business contribution, management and pledging of real estate or real estate rights or other companies, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as all related consulting services. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
