The purpose of the foundation is to promote and establish companies, services and technologies, in particular in the mobility and energy sector, whereby, among other things, but not exclusively, decentralized and open new technological structures and developments (among other things, but not exclusively, in the field of electromobility, solar energy, IoT) are to be enabled, promoted and maintained. The foundation is active domestically and abroad and does not pursue any profit-making purposes or strive for profit. To achieve and pursue this purpose, the foundation may support the ELOOP ecosystem; promote, finance and participate in activities, projects and companies (also third-party) that fall under this purpose; issue, receive, sell or store blockchain-based digital information units and currencies/tokens; offer support and, if possible without authorization and approval, provide audit services and assume the technical monitoring function for the issuance and sale of tokens; conduct and promote all business and take all actions that promote the purpose of the foundation.
