The foundation aims to provide financial support to the Wohngenossenschaft Neuweg, Bäumlihofstrasse 39, 4058 Basel. This support is provided in the form of the foundation annually making available to the beneficiary the net proceeds from securities, plus realized capital gains, minus realized capital losses. The board of the Wohngenossenschaft Neuweg decides at its own discretion, in accordance with its duties, how to use the proceeds. The support for the Wohngenossenschaft Neuweg is subject to the express condition that the existing garden of the property at Bäumlihofstrasse 39 in Basel is not built over. If the beneficiary fails to comply with this condition or if the beneficiary is dissolved, the entire foundation assets will pass to the Krebsliga beider Basel, and the foundation will be liquidated.
