The association aims to promote the Greek culture and language among expatriate Greeks living in the Zurich region through educational and training measures or educational offers on a non-profit basis. The offer primarily targets children and young people of Greek descent and aims to support their parents in their relationships, making their descendants familiar with the customs and traditions of their homeland. The association also contributes to cultural understanding between expatriate Greeks and other people living in the Zurich region. The association ensures that children of expatriate Greeks in the Zurich region have the opportunity to attend Greek school lessons. In this context, the purpose of the association is: to represent the concerns and interests of parents and their children to Greek and foreign authorities and offices, such as embassies and consulates; to represent the concerns and interests of parents and their children to the Greek teaching institute and the Greek teaching staff; to act as a link between the teaching institute and parents; to organize parents' evenings; to take targeted support measures in agreement with parents in case of school problems of individual children; to offer cultural events and educational opportunities for expatriate Greeks and people living in the Zurich region. The association can conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in particular, employ teaching staff. The association can acquire and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad to achieve its goals. The association pursues the above-mentioned goals in cooperation with: other Greek associations in the Zurich region and in particular with the Association of Greek Parents' Associations 'Aristotelis'; the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich within the framework of the program for courses in native language and culture. The association is politically and confessionally neutral, respects the religious beliefs and the manner and places of exercise of its members, and does not pursue any economic purpose.
