The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, construction, and development of real estate, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); the management, administration, operation, and management of real estate; economic, financial, tax, and legal consulting, particularly in connection with real estate; the acquisition, administration, and financing of companies. The company may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are intended to promote its social purpose or are directly or indirectly related to this purpose, participate in and acquire participations in other companies or merge with them, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, create, participate in companies that have a direct or indirect connection with the statutory purpose, carry out all commercial, industrial, and financial operations that are directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
