The company's main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, is to promote the integration of robotics into society, pursuing human augmentation rather than human replacement. In particular, the company aims to develop, manufacture, and sell electromechanical products and software, as well as provide services in the field of robotics and robotic applications, notably in the area of soft manipulation. The company may, in particular in Switzerland and/or abroad:
1. Engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
2. Participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose in Switzerland or abroad;
3. Create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad;
4. Acquire, develop, manage, register, and exploit patents, trademarks, licenses, manufacturing processes, and intellectual property rights;
5. Grant loans or other types of financing to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties, if it promotes its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs;
6. Conduct any cash pooling activities on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
