The company pursues the following objectives: any activity related to the field of industrial water treatment, in particular desalination and material recovery, as well as the development, production and marketing of systems in its areas of activity; the acquisition, sale and promotion, on its own account and on behalf of third parties, of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); any financial activity, in particular the acquisition of participations in Switzerland and abroad; the trade, import and export of raw materials and other goods on its own account and on behalf of third parties in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
