The foundation's purpose is to support and promote public and charitable tasks (including contributions to the preservation of the various fountains in the village, contributions to the creation or maintenance of public playgrounds for children); to support education and training, cultural and religious institutions, as well as sports (including contributions to village clubs for meaningful expenses). The foundation can also provide scholarships and interest-free loans for studies or training to individuals who do not have sufficient financial means. The foundation's purpose also includes social welfare, particularly for the poor, the sick, the elderly, and the disabled, as well as supporting institutions that pursue public or charitable purposes. The foundation's purpose also includes providing grants to low-income families for a meaningful purpose. Additionally, it includes an annual contribution to the Feldhof old-age and nursing home in Oberriet. The foundation's purpose also includes supporting and promoting cancer research, in particular supporting research projects and making contributions to such projects to achieve further progress for the benefit of cancer patients and to prevent new illnesses. Furthermore, contributions are to be made to the sponsorship and management of projects that benefit drug-dependent and endangered people in Eichberg and its surroundings.
