Emma Kunz Zentrum

The association aims to promote understanding of the work of Emma Kunz as a natural health practitioner and researcher, as well as her extraordinary artistic work; to research the philosophy and laws expressed in her pictures; to disseminate through publications, books, lectures, seminars, exhibitions etc. the ideas and life philosophy of Emma Kunz. In addition, the key work of Emma Kunz should be acquired; furthermore, the support of all efforts to establish a health, cultural and meeting center on the AION-contained site in Würenlos, to make the Emma Kunz grotto located there accessible to the public, to take care of the natural landscape, to renovate the existing old buildings appropriately and to adapt any new buildings to the character of this site; all this in the sense and spirit of the Swiss natural health practitioner Emma Kunz (1882-1963) and for the benefit of the public. For the pursuit of its ideological purpose, the association operates a business managed in a commercial manner (Art. 61 Abs. 2 Ziff. 1 ZGB) for the production, distribution and application in the domestic and foreign markets of the Emma Kunz natural health products and of the Würenloser healing stone, AION, discovered by her in 1942. The association can also take on representations and participate in other companies or associations in the domestic and foreign markets. Furthermore, it can conduct all commercial transactions that promote or facilitate the association's purpose. The association can establish branches, subsidiary associations and subsidiary companies in the domestic and foreign markets and participate in other companies in the domestic and foreign markets as well as conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association can acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate in the domestic and foreign markets. It can also provide financing for its own or third-party account as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiary associations, subsidiary companies and third parties.
