The purpose of the company is to operate gastronomy and/or hotel businesses of all kinds, as well as to develop, acquire and sell real estate; the main and secondary purpose is exclusively limited to real estate transactions in Switzerland, which are limited to properties and plots of land that qualify as business premises within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Property Law. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire other companies or merge with them, acquire, manage, broker and sell properties and securities, take out and grant loans, provide guarantees and other securities, acquire, manage and exploit intellectual property rights, and in general conduct all business that is suitable to promote the purpose of the company or is directly or indirectly related to it.
