All services in the real estate sector, as well as all activities related to the acquisition, management and sale of properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - in terms of location - in Switzerland or abroad; - in terms of object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; - in terms of execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
