The orientation, integration or reintegration of adolescents or adults in difficulty on the labor market. To achieve this, En'quête de Sens offers individualized support and training adapted to different audiences. En'quête de Sens has set itself the mission of strengthening the autonomy of its participants by valuing their skills and acquiring new knowledge, offering them in particular a place where they feel considered with respect for their singularity and their entirety, and where they can come throughout their integration and training path, depending on their specific needs, to seek resources adapted to their situation. The association will call upon professional coaches/trainers with independent status and members of the association or directly employed by the association. They can also be part of the committee.
