The company's purpose is to develop and acquire participations in agro-industrial investment projects, to hold real estate, as well as to carry out all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, acquire participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
