The cooperative aims to create and expand its own database through self-help, network natural and legal persons in Switzerland and abroad, and provide additional related services. To this end, the cooperative provides a database and a platform that enables members to keep their own data up to date and network with other members and non-members in a controlled manner. The platform ensures that the cooperative and its members (and paying platform users) can participate in directly attributable revenue generated from data made available by private individuals. The cooperative actively promotes and disseminates data protection concerns, representing the interests of private end-users. The cooperative aims to develop, register, establish, and disseminate a multi-level data protection ethics label. The cooperative can produce and operate the platform itself or have it produced and operated by a supplier company contractually bound to the purpose of the cooperative. The platform and services of the cooperative can also be used by non-members under special conditions or with limited functionality. The cooperative can purchase, sell, lease, or rent hardware and software and other goods to the extent required to fulfill its purpose. The cooperative can engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to or suitable for promoting its purpose. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for directly or indirectly promoting the purpose of the cooperative. The cooperative can acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative can join or support organizations and actions with which it feels ideologically connected.
