The cooperative aims to provide its members with economic benefits through joint self-help by promoting renewable energy and sustainable energy use, as well as storing renewable energy, in particular through the production, storage, and trade of renewable energy; promoting projects to increase energy efficiency; generating energy from renewable resources using sustainable methods and preferably supplying it to its members at a price advantage and marketing any surplus; offering consulting and other services in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency also to third parties; can join or support organizations and actions with which it feels ideologically connected; promoting the exchange of information among members and raising awareness among the population about energy issues through its activities; purchasing, selling, and encumbering real estate; renting (roof) spaces for the installation of photovoltaic and other systems; setting up, connecting, and operating photovoltaic and other systems, as well as building and operating systems for generating or storing renewable energy.
