Development, construction and operation of an energy park for the production of electricity and heat, sale of renewable energy in the form of electricity domestically and abroad, as well as thermal energy in the form of steam and hot water via a district heating network in the Sisslerfeld area; may establish subsidiaries and branches, participate in other companies, acquire, hold and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as grant loans to shareholders, group companies or third parties or provide security for their obligations.
