The company's statutory purpose is to finance, study, construct and/or operate energy distribution networks and renewable energy production facilities, as well as to supply energy and energy services, and to carry out all activities related to energy transition projects, within the municipal territory of Court and its region. The company may, itself or through third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including the development and marketing of all products or services in this field. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire, manage and dispose of real estate, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
