The purpose of the company is to enable its members, through their joint action, to support and participate in any project and initiative aimed at addressing the challenges arising from the climate emergency, particularly those related to the energy transition, by supporting, developing and operating photovoltaic energy production facilities or any other form of renewable or ecologically profitable energy; to provide all related services, studies, materials and facilities; to acquire and manage real estate and restricted real rights in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in particular, in Switzerland and abroad: trade, install and operate all products, facilities, production systems related to renewable or ecologically profitable energy; produce, purchase or distribute (by setting up all necessary installations and contracts) and sell the energy produced or procured; provide services and advice, carry out all studies and expert opinions concerning the construction, optimization, financing and operation of renewable or ecologically profitable energy production systems; acquire all real rights, in particular restricted rights, allowing the installation, operation, transport and distribution of renewable or ecologically profitable energy, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; organize and/or participate in initiatives aimed at informing the public about the solutions available to accelerate the energy transition and/or energy efficiency, ensuring the involvement of all generations; create branches or subsidiaries and participate in any business having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may grant loans and/or any other form of financing or guarantees and/or any other form of security to members and/or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
