The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad, namely in particular real estate promotion, the purchase and sale of real estate, real estate leasing, enhancement, management and real estate management, the holding of real estate or shares in real estate companies, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
