The design, realization, manufacture, marketing and operation of zero-emission boats (yachts, pleasure boats and transport shuttles), eco-designed refueling stations for zero-emission boats (marinas, eco-stations and private stations) and also all technological, operational and commercial solutions directly or indirectly related to boats and refueling stations; the company may also carry out all investment and business development consulting activities (on behalf of its clients or for its own account), in particular through the creation of subsidiaries and participation in Swiss or foreign companies, through the deposit and exploitation of trademarks, designs, models and patents, through the development of franchises and concessions, and more generally any operation that can contribute to the realization or relate directly or indirectly to this object, excluding participations in non-listed companies with a real estate purpose; it may entrust the management of all or part of its activities to third parties; it may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations relating directly or indirectly to its purpose, provided that they have an exclusively commercial or industrial purpose.
