The Company's purpose is to provide its shareholders with multinational commercial services in the retail and consumer goods sector and to promote the development of their transnational activities, including the expansion of their business. To achieve its purpose, the Company acts on its own account or on behalf of third parties, or in conjunction with third parties. In this regard, the Company may, among other things, carry out activities on behalf of its shareholders, such as (i) providing all services related to cross-border trading and all services for the supply of goods, equipment, advertising materials and spaces that are of interest to the shareholders' business, notably, but not exclusively, by concluding agreements with the shareholders or on their behalf, (ii) providing assistance and training to improve the quality of commercial, technical and financial management, and (iii) providing means and facilities to increase the shareholders' commercial potential and competitiveness. The Company may open branches and subsidiaries and may participate in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all commercial, financial or other activities and take all measures that appear appropriate to promote the Company's purpose or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
