The company's purpose is the investment, administration, management, control, acquisition, and sale of shares in any companies, in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. It may, as a secondary activity: participate in any companies and carry out any mobile, real estate, financial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this is in its interest; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
