The acquisition, sale, administration of participations, management and financing of companies of any kind, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding real estate participations subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, it may participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its main purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, provided that this serves the interests of the company.
