The company's purpose is the construction, leasing, promotion, management, purchase, and sale of all real estate assets, as well as any general business activities, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or which would be of a nature to facilitate, directly or indirectly, entirely or partially, the realization of its purpose. The company may have an interest, in any form whatsoever, in all enterprises having an analogous, similar or related purpose to its own. It may also grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties if this promotes its interests.
