However, it may buy, sell, build, renovate, administer, and manage all real estate properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may: carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all other activities of any nature, notably financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities that are convergent, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any company, acquire or pay fees or commissions, negotiate and execute various or commission contracts in different countries, and provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all forms to its shareholders, to affiliated companies or to third parties.
