Acquisition and operation of the development facilities in the Überlandquart area in the interest of its members (owners of plots of land in the development area). This includes the sewerage system including pumping stations, the drinking water pipes with reservoir and pumping stations including the associated ancillary facilities and the necessary rights (easements) and obligations. It ensures the proper operation of these facilities and carries out the necessary maintenance and renovation work. If necessary, these existing development facilities can be expanded and extended. The cooperative can also take over the management of community facilities of the cooperatives in the Überlandquart area (access roads, parking lots, civil defense facilities, transportation facilities, etc.) against compensation and can acquire or sell plots of land.
