The company's purpose is: a) the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in all commercial, financial, real estate, industrial enterprises, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as all operations and conclusion of all contracts intended to develop and expand its activities; b) the holding of patents as well as all financial operations, in whatever form; c) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Money Laundering (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; d) the creation of branches or subsidiaries; e) participation, acquisition or merger with other companies pursuing identical or similar purposes; f) granting loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or others, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment.
